Note: It's possible that L2 Cache Latency can be 13 cycles in some cases. But dependency chain workload shows 14 cycles.

Note: L3 Cache replacement policy doesn't look like LRU or Pseudo-LRU in tests. L3 Cache can keep some old lines for long time. It can be "Random Replacement" policy or some another combined scheme.
